Seven Clouds was originally brewed with Grape & Grain to celebrate their 7th birthday. A celebration-worthy beer was required. Taiheke, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops from the Land of the Long White Cloud came to the party. We hope you will too.
Double dry hopped with an all-Kiwi line up of hops Nelson Sauvin, Taiheke, and Motueka, gives Seven Clouds herbaceous, zesty, and gooseberry notes, showing off the fresh and floral characters unique to the growing conditions of New Zealand.
A soft, rounded malt backbone creates a creamy mouthfeel and texture thanks to the generous use of oats, which is then fleshed out with the addition of lactose.
