Very good stout
Pours dark and syrupy, tan head, coffee/liquorice aroma. Taste is blackened grain, caramel, coffee and alcohol at 10%. Small bottles but not one to be drunk quickly! An iconic stout and deserves the reputation.

A Stout that packs the punch of a Russian Bear!
If you like your dark ales and stouts, this is one to truly enjoy - don't drink it fast... smoky... heavy... earthy... and that burnt caramel/molasses-like flavor. It's 10.5% alcohol, don't rush it, a special occasion brewsky to enjoy with a trusted comrade, share it with your truest friends and those who appreciate a special heavy brew. I'll confess, I have always liked Stout and saw Gilfoyle on Silicon Valley handling a Russian Imperial Stout as his brew of choice in an episode. Grew curious enough to track this down. Worth every mL!

Outstanding.
Possibly better than the MPB imperial which is my favourite. Hard to get hold of but worth the effort.
